1) Call Saskpower at 1-888-757-6937 (Mon – Fri, 8am-6pm)
2) Once in the menu, select menu item 6 (customer service)
3) Have your account number ready to confirm your account
4) Ask for an annual consumption report
5) You will be told a number in Kilowatt Hours, this is the number we require
